Any seller, landlord, or their duly authorized agent may list a plot or building for sale or rent on this platform free of charge. The following terms of engagement apply:
Authorization
The party submitting the property must be properly authorized to market and promote the sale or rent on behalf of the seller or landlord.
Confidentiality
Plots & Buildings is committed to safeguarding all information provided, acting in the best interest of the submitting party. Property identity will remain confidential at the listing stage; only essential details required to generate market interest will be disclosed.
Buyer/Tenant Inquiries
- Upon receiving an inquiry from a potential buyer or tenant, Plots & Buildings will prequalify the prospect under the legal umbrella of West Gate Real Estate and act as the buyer’s or tenant’s agent throughout the process.
- For inquiries submitted by agents representing buyers or tenants, Plots & Buildings will connect the respective agents and facilitate a referral arrangement. This will be conducted under the regulatory framework of West Gate Real Estate, ensuring protection for all parties involved, including the seller/landlord.
Property Disclosure
Property details may be discussed upon inquiry; however, the identity of the property will only be disclosed once the buyer/tenant has been properly identified and verified. All engagements will be governed by applicable RERA regulations and formalities.
Prequalification
All buyers, tenants must undergo a prequalification process prior to engagement. This may include verification of financial capability to proceed with the transaction.
Agent Mandate
Agents representing buyers or tenants must hold a valid mandate from their client authorizing them to source properties. This must be supported by a confidentiality, non-disclosure, and non-circumvention agreement, along with identification documents and a company profile.
Submission of Offers
Offers must be submitted in the form of a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI), including an indicative price, subject to due diligence, and supported by proof of funds. Proof of funds may be waived for parties with a strong and verifiable business profile.
