The following terms of engagement apply,

  1. The person sharing the information should be officially authorized to promote the sale or rent of the property on behalf of the seller or landlord.
  2. Plots & Buildings is committed to protect the information provided in the best interest of the sender.
  3. The property full identify will not be disclosed upon listing but rather the minimum information required to create interest.
  4. Upon receiving an inquiry by a potential buyer or tenant for a listing, Plots & Buildings will prequalify the applicant under the legal umbrella of West Gate Real Estate and act as the buyer or tenant agent throughout the process.
  5. Upon receiving an inquiry by an agent who represents a potential buyer or tenant for a listing owned by a third party then Plots & Buildings will connect the two agents against a referral fee. The process will be controlled under the legal umbrella of West Gate Real Estate to the best interest of both agents; seller/landlord agent and buyer/tenant agent.
  6. A buyer/tenant or agent thereof can inquire about any listing on this platform; however, the property identity will not be disclosed if the buyer/tenant identity is not disclosed. This shall be protected by the relevant agreements as per Rera formalities. In addition, the buyer/tenant should be prequalified prior to any engagement. This may include financial prequalification to ascertain the buyer/tenant ability to proceed.
  7. A buyer/tenant agent should have a written mandate from his client to source the market for the required property. The mandate should be backed by a confidentiality, non-disclosure & non-circumvention agreement along with the necessary supporting documents (proof of identification and business profile).
  8. To submit an offer this requires a non-binding letter of intent with an indicative figure (subject to due diligence) backed by proof of funds. The proof of funds can be skipped for a buyer/tenant with a very solid business profile.
